Our Facilities.
Our manufacturing facilities are located in a spacious area of 30,000 square feet in the industrial area of GIDC, Navsari, Gujarat, India. Since our establishment in 1998, we have been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, health supplements, and neutraceutical products.
We are proud to hold a valid license (FDA: GA/1281, FSSAI: 10717015000253) from the Gujarat Food and Drug Administration in the Ayush department, which allows us to manufacture Ayurvedic medicines. This license ensures that we meet the necessary standards and regulations set by the authorities.
At Dhanvantary Health Care, we manufacture both proprietary and classical Ayurvedic medicines in various forms such as capsules, tablets, syrups, avleh, churna (powder), pills, oils, and external preparations. Our manufacturing process strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follows the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology and machinery to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing processes. We have a well-developed laboratory where we conduct thorough testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Our laboratory facilities comply with all the necessary rules and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
In addition to our own product line, we also work with more than 350 clients who manufacture their products under our third-party business model. We also collaborate with large companies that utilize our facilities for manufacturing their products under loan license arrangements. Furthermore, we offer job work services to traditional as well as multilevel marketing companies.
